1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Automail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Automail is a tool that allows users to create and send personalized emails to multiple recipients using data from Google Sheets, Google Drive, or Notion. The service requires authentication through Google to access these features.

3. Google Integration

Our service integrates with Google services (Sign-In, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) to provide functionality. By using Automail, you authorize us to:

• Request authentication through your Google account
• Access specific Google Sheets or Drive documents that you explicitly provide
• Send emails through your Gmail account based on your instructions

We do not store your Google credentials, access tokens beyond your active session, or retain copies of your documents.

4. Notion Integration

Similar to our Google integration, our Notion integration only accesses pages you explicitly provide and does not store your Notion data beyond your active session.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have the right to use and share any data you input into Automail
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding email communication, including anti-spam regulations

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Automail to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or unauthorized advertisements
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate another user or person
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Automail and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Automail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Automail, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
