  • Google Sheets and Drive: We request access to specific documents only when you explicitly provide them. We do not store copies of your documents or maintain access after your session ends.
  • Gmail: Used only to send emails at your request. We do not read, store, or process any of your existing emails.
  • Notion: Similar to Google Drive, we only access Notion pages you explicitly provide and do not retain any data.

How We Use Your Data

The temporary access you grant to Automail is used exclusively for:

  • Authenticating your identity via Google Sign-In
  • Accessing specific documents you've selected to use as data sources
  • Sending emails through your Gmail account based on your explicit instructions

All processing happens in your browser session. When you close Automail, all temporary access and data are purged.

Data Security

Since we don't collect or store your data, there is minimal risk of data breaches. Your interaction with third-party services (Google, Notion) is governed by their respective security protocols and privacy policies.

Your Rights

You maintain complete control over your data. You can revoke Automail's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.
